Boundaries.

You must credit me if you repost the artwork on social media!I reserve the right to refuse or cancel any commission at anytime if I don't feel comfortable with it.If any of these rules aren't followed, or if respect or communication breaks down, I may need to cancel the commission, even if it's already in progress.

Payment.

How to pay
Payment via Kofi and PayPal only. (Heavily preferred PayPal)Method of Payment
Payment must be made in full upfront or 50/50. The work will continue and be finalized once full payment is received.Refund Policy
In case of a refund, it will only be issued if the work is not completed within 3-week period. No refunds will be provided after the final artwork is delivered.Additional Fees

References of the character/oc/sona/person must be provided (pose and expression are optional)Duration
Delivery time depends on the complexity of the artwork, communication, and personal or health-related issues.I do not work with fixed deadlines by default. If you have a deadline, please inform me before commissioning. It can take between 3 days and 2 weeks.Rush or priority commissions may include an extra fee.Updates
I'll send updates during the process via socials (discord, twitter, Instagram, tiktok), and the sketch must be clearly approved before moving forward.Revisions
Major changes are allowed only during the sketch. After the sketch is approved, only minor adjustments are allowed. Any changes after the sketch may result in an extra fee.Communication
If anything comes up that could affect the commission (payment issues, changes, delays, etc.) please let me know as soon as possible — the same goes for me.Clear communication is necessary.

Rights

Personal Use
The commission will be posted on my social media as a sample; if you're not comfortable with that, let me know.Commercial Use
The commission is for the client's personal use. If used for monetized content, an additional 100% fee of the original price will be charged.Editing + AI/NFT
It is not allowed to edit the artwork, claim it as your own, use it in AI generators, or resell it.
